Introducing the FELT POLISHING WHEELS from BACON FELT COMPANY, designed for the discerning gunsmith who demands the finest quality in their tools.

Product Features:

  • 1" wide felt wheels, meticulously selected and factory trued.
  • Final touch-up truing may be required for optimal results.
  • Controlled density of felt ensures a superb finish, characteristic of professional craftsmanship.
  • Complete instructions on the Polish-O-Ray™ tube detail the felt wheel technique.
  • Recommended to use a different wheel for each polish grit.
  • Specifications for use:
    • For 1/2 hp or under, use 6" wheels at 3600 RPM.
    • For 1/2 hp or over, use 8" at 1800 RPM.
    • For 3/4 hp or over, 10" at 1800 RPM (for experienced polishers only).
  • Soft felt is ideal for most work; medium or hard wheels are recommended for 555™ Polish.

Specifications:

All wheels are 1" (2.5cm) thick and made with a 1" (2.5cm) arbor. Adapters are available to convert to 1/2" (12.7mm), 5/8" (15.9mm), 3/4" (6.4mm), and 7/8" (22.2mm). One adapter is supplied with each wheel.
