Notify on availability

Description:

Enhance your gunsmithing with precision and ease!

Introducing the SERIES I STONING FIXTURE with POWER CUSTOM 77/22 ADAPTER, specifically designed to fit the RUGER 77/22 M77 MKII. This innovative tool is essential for any gunsmith looking to achieve the ultimate in hammer and sear work.

Product Features:

  • Ultimate for hammer & sear work
  • Accurate, repeatable setup
  • Includes adapter for specific gun listed
  • Purchase additional adapters separately for other firearms
  • Combines many jigs in one fixture

Save time and money with this fixture that offers a repeatable setup and accurate, measurable adjustments suitable for a variety of guns. To use, simply mount the hammer or trigger/sear on the adapter, set, and lock it at the correct index mark as instructed. Adjust the stoning angle by counting the “clicks” specified to raise or lower the elevator and stoning guide. Lock the guide, place the stone on both the roller and hammer or trigger/sear, and stone as normal.

This tool is easily adjustable, allowing for variations in stoning angle to achieve the exact, desired trigger pull weight. It is the same tool that Ron Power uses in his own shop, ensuring reliability and quality.

Each fixture comes complete with one adapter and very detailed instructions written by Ron Power himself. Please note that you will also need a #10 Machinist’s Clamp and 6"x½"x½" stones (available elsewhere).

Specifications:

  • Material: Blued steel
  • Dimensions: 5 9/16" (14.1cm) long x 2 9/16" (6.5cm) wide x 3" (7.6cm) high
  • Base thickness: 3/4" (19mm)
  • Weight: 5 3/4 lb. (2.6 kg)

Top takeaways

  1. The fixture offers repeatable setup and measurable adjustments for precise trigger pull customization, compatible with multiple guns using additional adapters.
  2. Includes an adapter for Ruger 77/22 and M77 MKII, with the option to purchase separate adapters for other models, making it versatile.
  3. Designed for ease of use with detailed instructions provided, but requires additional tools such as a #10 Machinist’s Clamp and compatible stones.
