Description:

Ensure Safe Function Testing with A-ZOOM Dummies

Manufactured to exact specifications, including diameter and length dimensions, weight and balance of factory loaded ammo, these DUMMIES have the proper functioning characteristics to reliably check magazine feeding, action timing, extraction, and ejection of all guns.

Key Features:

  • Inert, factory spec dummies for safe function testing
  • Professionally accepted method to check gun functioning
  • Blackened case for easy identification as dummies
  • Cost-effective solution for regular use
  • Ideal for demonstrations and safety instruction classes

The only professionally accepted and safe way to check gun functioning; live ammo should never be used except in actual test-firing on the range - after you have checked the gun with DUMMIES. The very reasonable cost per DUMMY is an added incentive to use them regularly.

These dummies are especially useful when demonstrating how a particular gun functions or in gun safety instruction classes. They absolutely eliminate the chance of an accidental discharge. Please note that the .17 Mach 2 and .17 HMR dummies are not recommended for tubular magazines.

Top takeaways

  1. Manufactured to precise specifications, A-ZOOM's .17 Mach 2 dummy rounds ensure safe firearm testing and drills, perfectly mimicking the dimensions and weight of live ammunition.
  2. These dummy rounds are a professional standard for safely checking magazine feeding, action timing, extraction, and ejection, without the risk of accidental discharge.
  3. Distinctly blackened to avoid confusion with live ammo, these dummies are ideal for demonstrations, sales aids, and gun safety instruction classes.

GB Excellent tools to check your actions 18/12/2015

I use these with my FN 'Trombone' pump action rifle.

After I've broken the rifle down, cleaned, and re-assembled it; I'll load these and run them through to make sure the action is still good.

It's worth stressing that these are NOT snap caps and can't (in fact shouldn't) be used as such.
