990482725471 The same ultralight carbon fiber folding buttstock trusted on our popular HNT26 chassis is now available as a standalone upgrade for MDT’s latest LSS GEN3 and other XTN precision rifle interface models. Designed to reduce rear-end weight without sacrificing strength or adjustability, the HNT Carbon Fiber Buttstock keeps your rifle stable, quiet, and dependable wherever the mission takes you. Weighing just 16 oz in the folding configuration, the carbon fiber shell eliminates unnecessary bulk, making it ideal for long backcountry hunts, tight pack-outs, competition stages, or any situation where every ounce matters. Carry less weight and go farther without compromising performance. Fit is fully customizable. A spacer-adjustable length of pull combined with an adjustable cheek piece allows you to dial the rifle perfectly to your body. The result is a repeatable, comfortable shooting position that enhances consistency and control. The folding mechanism reduces overall rifle length for transport and backpack carry, making it easier to maneuver through dense terrain or travel with confidence. When space is limited, compact matters. New with GEN3, the foam-filled carbon core further refines the shooting experience. It dampens vibration and reduces felt recoil, giving the rifle a more solid, deadened recoil impulse while also minimizing unwanted noise from contact with gear or other equipment in the field. Purpose-built specifically around MDT’s XTN interface — including the Short XTN adapter — this buttstock achieves practical length-of-pull ranges tailored for lightweight hunting builds without sacrificing structural integrity.
