he Ultimate Mission Failsafe: A primary optic failure in the field or on a hunt is like getting a flat tire on the highway—without a backup plan, your entire rifle system is instantly out of commission. ERATAC solved this problem by developing a premium, rail-mounted backup iron sight that combines battle-ready ruggedness with the mechanical precision of a match-grade competition sight.

Advanced Hybrid Construction: Weight-optimized for minimum bulk, the main housing is CNC-machined from high-strength aircraft-grade aluminum, while high-stress components like the mounting screws are forged from heavy-duty steel. A rugged, wear-resistant hardcoat anodized finish ensures total corrosion resistance.

Impact-Deflecting Pivot System: Equipped with an innovative, spring-loaded folding mechanism that absorbs hard knocks and automatically deflects under impact, reliably protecting the sight tower from damage when things get rough.

Ultra-Low Profile Profile: Thanks to its ultra-flat, minimalist design, this folding sight collapses down to clear space underneath the low-hanging eyepieces of most variable power riflescopes.

Standard AR-15 Co-Witness Alignment: The optical centerline height is engineered to match standard factory AR-15 iron sights exactly, allowing you to seamlessly pair or co-witness it with secondary optics or backup sights from other manufacturers.
