Introducing the 1911 Ignition Set with Commander Hammer from Harrison Design & Consulting. This top-tier ignition set is meticulously crafted from high-grade tool steel, ensuring a precise fit and dependable performance even under the most challenging conditions.

Key Features:

  • Manufactured using wire EDM and CNC machining for a tolerance of +/- .0005".
  • Heat treated to Rc 53 - 56 for enhanced durability.
  • Honed and mirror polished for extreme service in your pistol.
  • Hammer design features a standard original round hole configuration.
  • Slightly narrowed hammer to prevent unwanted contact with the slide or ejector.
  • Deep serrations on the spur for improved control.
  • CNC machine beveled exterior corners to minimize snagging and abrasion.
  • Lightweight sear with minimized excess material.
  • Polished primary angle and breakaway angle on the sear nose for smooth operation.

This ignition set is available in the white or with a black IonBond hammer, providing options to suit your preference. Please note that some fitting may be required.
