Our engineers set out to create a trigger that would be compatible with as many variants as possible, focusing on three key design elements that truly set it apart. The AK Drop-In lives up to its name as a complete, 100% drop-in, cassette-style trigger unit. It features an adjustable screw that interfaces with existing safety levers, allowing compatibility across multiple rifle variants. To ensure maximum stability, the trigger is secured within the receiver using four set screws that mechanically bind the unit to the housing, similar to Timney’s proven AR trigger designs.
This single-stage trigger comes with a factory-set, non-adjustable pull weight of 3.5 pounds and is engineered to help improve accuracy and trigger control. As with all Timney products, it is backed by the legendary lifetime warranty and proudly made in the USA.
